Councilmember Katrina Foley has a genuine interest in Costa Mesa’s future.  Her husband, Casey Swanson, is a teacher, a volunteer sports coach, and a graduate of Estancia.  They are Mesa del Mar homeowners with two children who attend Costa Mesa public schools.  They are active in PTA and neighborhood associations.

Katrina plays a significant role as a member of the Costa Mesa United Foundation that helped build the new Scott Stadium at Estancia.  As a member of the Youth Sports Council, she continues to work to help build the Aquatic Center at Costa Mesa High School and to fund athletic facility improvements.

Councilmember Katrina Foley is committed to working to make Costa Mesa a better city for families.
